When we started out eight years ago, we had veteran businessmen tell us that no way should we offer this guarantee, that we would get returns in droves, and that it would run us out of business.  If we offered lousy products, I guess it would; but instead it has been the best thing we ever did.  People can order confident that they will get their money's worth, and  they really appreciate good customer service.  And all those returns? Ha!  We maybe get two a year, and even those people are apologetic that they felt the project was beyond their abilities.

For reasons of quality control, we ask, but do not require, that you tell us why you are dissatisfied with the product, and how we can improve.  We offer this guarantee because we truly value you as a customer, and are grateful for your business.  We know that you have a choice when it comes to your purchases, and we are honored that you chose Kuffel Creek.

We know that there are people who may abuse this guarantee, but are willing to take that risk for the benefit of serving our valued customers.  Instead of worrying about it, we'll let God do our collections for us, as He's a lot better at it.
